I am a Stress Management and Best Life Coach, and would love to work with you to, well, help manage your stress and LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE!

Stress is unavoidable….From our daily routines, kids, jobs, politics, etc.- we end up stressed to the max and living our lives from one day to the next; just trying to survive. But, it doesn’t have to be that way!

Through mindset training and self management skills- I can help teach you the ways to handle that stress like a boss, and create a life that allows you to see past the day to day struggles and plan a future where you are able to relax and live the life you love!

Using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques and Person Centered Planning we work together to help you develop healthier habits and ditch negative thought patterns, to reach your fullest potential, and create lasting change for a life that excites you!

I believe in a holistic approach to life, focusing on the mind, body, and soul and how they all work together to create our whole self.

About me…

I have completed a CPD Certified Life Coaching Program, as well as studied and obtained Certifications in Mindfulness and in Stress Management. I am experienced helping people set, meet, and maintain a variety of goals; including lifestyle changes, self-fulfillment, and time management.

I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist of 10+ years, with trainings focused in mind and bodywork, as well as energy based medicine.

More personally though, I am a Wife, a Mom, a Friend, and a Human. Somebody who has been there…who has lived the life of “Is this really it?” and decided to take matters into her own hands. I understand that all people want to live a life that is full of joy and purpose.
